This place offers stylish queen rooms with coffee and tea, and extra amenities like an individual safe, air conditioner, and minibar were a nice touch; plus, the proximity to the mall was great.

It was exceptionally clean, the staff was really helpful and well organised, plus the service was exceptional. The location in a nice enough area was best possible and strategic and there were commercial centres and a shopping area nearby. And it was 20 minutes on foot from the downtown.

New hotel and proximity to airport

Even if the personnel of the hotel mentionned that the breakfast was free when we registered (we mentionned that we haven't see it on Booked.net and they certified that for the price we paid, breakfast was always included), they wanted to charge 10,70 eur per person for a continental breakfast. Advice: Good hotel but ask to have the mention ''free breakfast'' written on your file.

Convenient Location 🏬

This place is situated wonderfully close to a large shopping center, not too far from the airport. you'll find shopping malls, amusement parks, and the ferry to the U nearby.

This Hotel is ideally situated for the airport, just far enough away not to be bothered by noise. The Reception Staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. The room was large, comfortable and clean. I cannot comment on the Restaurant or other facilities as I did not use them. The use of a free secure underground carpark is a great bonus.There are plenty of Restaurants nearby to choose from. I would certainly use this Hotel again.

Size of room, modern facilities, onsite parking, proximity to airport

Difficult to find - road was not found on our gps and there was not a good sign directing to the hotel.

The property was overall clean. The staff were really helpful and well organized. The room was a nice size and well organized, with a mini fridge bar, climate control, and an individual safe, making for a very good stay.

Helpful, friendly staff who all spoke English (we are from Australia). Comfortable beds, great facilities in the room. Booked for one night and stayed for 2 because of helpful staff.

The slot for putting the card in to turn on the power was behind the door. This meant trying to find this in semi darkness. The hotel was difficult to find using a gps as the main entrance is not where it shows as the address. We had to drive around the block several times until we found it. Could not drive up to the entry to the building and, until you realised that you could park under the building and take the luggage up in the lift, this became a non-issue What is the point in placing a beautiful hotel such as this in a location that is difficult to find and access first time. Would recommend except for these issues.

they had not transfer from airport to hotel and come back that we paid for going 120 Euro and back to airport 110 Euro by my self for bus!!!!!

Exceptionally clean hotel. Beautifully decorated and well-appointed room.- Satisfactory breakfast.- Quiet perfect location, close to Madrid Barajas airport.- Superb base for exploring San Sebastian de los Reyes.

Loved the swimming pool, but the whole hotel was nice, good value and the rooms spacious.

There was no airport shutle at the weekend and it was very expensive to get a taxi from the airport.

The hotel is an ideal place to stay if like us you are travelling from the Costa Del Sol to Santander as it is very easy to access from the a1. It is a very modern hotel with excellent facilities and is adjacent to a large shopping centre and lots of places to eat all within a two minute walk from the hotel. Free secure parking was also included .

I found the free wi-fi to be virtually non existent and reported it to reception but problem was not solved whilst I was there. The beds were very firm to the point of being uncomfortable..
