I had a lovely stay at B&B Hotel Madrid Aeropuerto T4. The stylish lobby set a welcoming tone, and my room was spacious and clean with a cozy bed. The friendly staff were always ready to assist, adding warmth to my visit.

The lobby exudes a stylish and welcoming atmosphere. I enjoyed the impressive breakfast buffet, and the staff consistently offered me warm smiles that brightened my morning.

However, the location is a bit misleading. Although advertised as near the airport, I found it necessary to take an expensive taxi ride just to get there. Also, the room temperature was difficult to manage, making sleep challenging.

The hotel is not very close to the airport.

We enjoyed our stay in a spacious Junior Suite that was perfect for our family of five, complete with free snacks and drinks. The proximity to the airport made our travel easy, and the nearby shopping options were a nice bonus.

My kids wished for better breakfast options.

the staff at the b & b were amazing, always eager to help with any issue. i loved that it was close to a big shopping center filled with restaurants. the double room was cozy and perfect for my solo stay. i had a lovely sleep thanks to the comfy bed and great coffee amenities.

I enjoyed the comfort of the bed, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The nearby Plaza Norte 2 shopping complex stood out, offering plenty of shopping and dining options just a short walk away. However, I encountered a few issues. The first night, the hallway lights were out, making it difficult to navigate to my room. The shower drain needed some attention, as it didn’t function well during use. While the staff were generally friendly, the receptionists could have been a bit more informative about hotel services. Overall, the experience was good, but these areas could use some improvement.
